Resident services
Pay, report a problem, or find a document for your building. Shareholders, unit owners and renters all start here.
Pay your bill
New payment system arriving soonWe're introducing a new way to pay maintenance, common charges and rent online by bank transfer or card, with autopay and instant receipts.
Keep paying the way you do today. If you're unsure how, call the office at (914) 275-2960 and we'll confirm the instructions for your building.
Every resident receives a personal email invitation to set up an account. Setup takes a few minutes.
Email arni@premiergroupny.com with your building and unit, and we'll send an itemized ledger.
Request a repair
Tell us what's wrong and where. The request goes to the management office, which passes it to your superintendent and follows up by email or phone.
Statements & balances
Your ledger, monthly statements and payment history will live in the new resident portal, updated as payments post.
Maintenance or common charges, assessments, and any building-specific fees.
Rent, late fees, and lease renewal offers.
Email arni@premiergroupny.com with your building and unit and we'll send a current ledger.
Building documents
House rules, alteration agreements, move policies, insurance requirements and board application packages for your building.
Your building's documents are posted to your account, so the latest version is always the one you see.
Email arni@premiergroupny.com with your address and unit, and we'll send it the same day.
Moving, renovating, subletting
Schedule your move with the office ahead of time so the elevator and building staff can be arranged. Ask whether your building requires a certificate of insurance from your movers.
Co-op and condo owners need an approved alteration agreement before work starts. Request the package through the office.
We prepare board packages and coordinate interviews. Ask for your building's application and fee schedule.
Each January we send the window guard and lead paint notices required by the city. Please return them by February 15.
